 Services:

  1. Dog Walking Sessions: Our standard dog walking sessions are up to 1 hour. Longer sessions can be arranged upon request.
  2. Initial Consultation: Before commencing services, an initial consultation will be scheduled to meet you and your dog. During this meeting, we'll gather essential information about your pet's needs and behaviour.
  3. Updates: We will provide regular updates, including photos and messages, during and after each walk, ensuring you stay informed about your dog's well-being.

Expectations from Clients:

  1. Accurate Information: Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding your dog's health, behaviour, and any special requirements.
  2. Vaccinations: Ensure that your dog's vaccinations are current and provide documentation if requested.
  3. Access to Property: If your dog is kept in a secure area, please provide us with necessary keys, access codes, or arrangements to enter and exit safely.
  4. Leash and Collar: Supply a secure leash and collar, properly fitted to your dog, for each walking session.
  5. Payment: Payments are due on a monthly in advance basis. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Expectations from Walking4Paws Cumbria:

  1. Professionalism: We will provide services in a professional manner, prioritizing your dog's safety and well-being.
  2. Reliability: We will adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and notify you promptly of any changes or delays.
  3. Safety: While utmost care will be taken during walks, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen events or behaviour issues that may arise.
  4. Cancellations: Please notify us of any cancellations at least 7 days in advance to avoid charges.

Liability:

  1. Health and Injuries: While rare, injuries can occur. We are not liable for veterinary expenses, injury, loss, or damage incurred during walks unless due to negligence on our part.
  2. Behaviour: If your dog displays aggressive behaviour, we reserve the right to terminate services for the safety of the walker and other dogs.

Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if the safety of our staff or the dogs in our care is compromised or if the client breaches the terms outlined herein.
